- Girlfriend is out of town
- I wanted to continue cleaning up fridge odds and ends
- I didn't really want to cook
- I wanted to eat something tasty
I finished off the Andouille sausage by pan searing it and adding it to a grilled cheese that contained both Brie and Cheddar. I also sautéed a few red onions because...well, I can. I also finished up a package of lobster raviolis (from Costco) and threw some red vodka sauce over the top. All tasty, all fast.
