In Norcal burritos seem to be the desired food in which to try new combinations and just "throw everything in." Back home, baked potatoes are a great platform on which to try a variety of things. In addition to a really tasty Viognier purchased in San Luis Obispo, we whipped up some baked potatoes.
Beth's was a little more traditional:
- Baked potato
- Cheddar
- Sour Cream
- Tomatoes
- Butter
Mine was a bit more odd (and delicious):
- Baked potato
- Cheddar
- Sour Cream (light)
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh chopped Sautéed Garlic
- Cajun Andouille sausage
- Stubb's Honey Pecan BBQ Sauce (light)
